By accessing or using CheckSafe.Zone (including all tools, documentation, guides, and downloadable templates), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
CheckSafe.Zone provides client-side utility applications (Safe Zone Checker, HTML5 Banner Validator, clickTag Generator, Aspect Ratio Calculator, and PNG Mask Generator). All file operations occur strictly within your web browser using HTML5 Web APIs. We do not transmit, copy, or store your creative files on any external servers.
All creative assets, videos, images, ZIP files, and HTML snippets processed in your browser remain your exclusive intellectual property. CheckSafe.Zone claims no ownership or rights over any content you check using our tools.
The CheckSafe.Zone website, source code, visual design, custom safe zone coordinates algorithms, branding, and technical guides are the intellectual property of Filip Đorđević and protected under applicable copyright laws.
The tools and guides provided on CheckSafe.Zone are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test all safe zone margins and IAB validator rules against current publisher documentation (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, CM360), third-party platforms may update their user interfaces or ad trafficking policies at any time without prior notice.
In no event shall CheckSafe.Zone or its creator be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the tools, ad rejections by third-party DSPs, or campaign distribution outcomes.
